This policy explains what personal data MassKode LLC collects when you use Kamba AI, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately plain.
1. Who is responsible for your data
MassKode LLC, operator of Kamba AI, is the data controller for the personal information described here. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@trykamba.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Your WhatsApp phone number and profile name when you message our business number.
- The content of your messages, voice notes and any documents you send (for example admission letters, passports, proof of funds or apartment listings) so we can complete the task you ask for.
- Details you provide such as your country, school, visa type and goals.
- Payment information needed to process official fees you ask us to pay.
Information we collect automatically
- Basic usage and technical data (timestamps, message metadata, error logs).
- Website analytics such as pages viewed, if you visit our site.
3. WhatsApp and Meta
Kamba is delivered mainly through WhatsApp, a service of Meta Platforms, Inc. When you message us, WhatsApp transmits your message and phone number to our business account so we can reply and help you. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy, which we do not control. We only access the messages and information you choose to send to our Kamba number.
4. How we use your information
- To provide Kamba and complete the tasks you request.
- To process and confirm official fee payments and send you receipts.
- To send you reminders about deadlines, limits and applications you asked us to track.
- To secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep an audit trail.
- To improve Kamba's accuracy and reliability.
- To comply with legal, accounting and anti-money-laundering obligations.
5. When we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only:
- with service providers who work on our behalf — for example payment processors, secure cloud hosting, and AI model providers — under contracts that limit them to our instructions;
- with authorities or official bodies only where you have asked us to submit something on your behalf, or where the law requires it;
- if required to comply with a legal obligation or to protect rights and safety.
We never sell your documents or messages, and we never share them with recruitment agents or advertisers.
6. Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and financial record-keeping requirements, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your documents and data at any time, and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep certain records.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to notify you if a significant issue affects you.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data (“right to be forgotten”);
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent, and stop messaging Kamba at any time.

9. International transfers
Kamba serves students across borders, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
10. Children
Kamba is intended for users aged 18 and over (or younger only with a parent or guardian's consent). We do not knowingly collect data from children without such consent.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
